READ ALL THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY, FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR ACCOUNT BEING REMOVED.

We know people find it very hard to read through pages and pages of terms and conditions, so we have tried to cut our version down into easy readable chunks. The following is basically what you can and can't do with your heyup.org account.

Our staff and our anti-fraud bots will find and remove your website immediately if you do anything listed below. If you do not abey our terms, you will be banned from our network, simple as that.

Our terms and conditions can change at any time with or without notice to you. You agree that any changes made after you have signed up still apply to you. It is your responsibility to check for changes to the terms of service as often as possible.

DO THE FOLLOWING AND YOU WILL BE BANNED AND REPORTED

Phishing - This is a definate no-no, do this and you will be banned and reported to your local law enforcement agency, this is illegal and we have a zero tollerance to it. Phishing is where a bad person creates a website to look exactly like another, e.g. eBay, PayPal, Banks etc. to steal personal information, such as bank cards etc. Its not nice at all, DO NOT DO IT.

Hosting Torrent Scripts or Trackers - These are some of the most CPU intensive scripts on this earth, please do not be selfish towards other members and eat up all the servers resources. We simply do not allow them, do not try to use them.

Using Script Such as vBulletin, Joomla - Again these are very CPU intensive, and it is unfair to our members who wish to keep our servers fast.

Spamming - If you use your domain to spam other sites or people, you will be banned instantly. We will contact your ISP to have your Internet connection shut down.

Child Porn - This is a porn site that has humans under the age of 18 on it. This is illegal, you will be banned and reported instantly.

File Storage - Using your account to mainly store files, including images, music, videos etc. heyup.org provide a service for you to host a website, we do not provide any a file storage service

Stealing others content - We will remove your site instantly if you copy your content from anywhere else.

Using Invalid Software - If you use copies of software that isnt licenced.

Hosting Chat Rooms - Hosting chat rooms and or IRC bots can really use up all a servers resources, therefore we do not allow it.

Rudeness to Staff - Any rudeness to the heyup.org team will not be tollerated, you will be banned from the network. Our staff all work unpaid, please respect them, they dont deserve rudeness.

LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You agree that heyup.org and its staff have the right to remove any website or page that violates our rules, with or without notice, and take the appropriate action against you.

2. You agree that heyup.org will disclose information about you to law enforcement agencies and other parties if you do not obide to our terms and conditions.

3. heyup.org is not responsible for the content of any members websites. Members will be held legaly responsible for the content of their own websites.

4. heyup.org will not be liable for any of its services. We have the right to cancel our service at any time with or without notice to members, and cannot be held liable for loss or corruption of any file held within members websites. You as the member is expected to backup and restore your files in the event of a disk failure or any other instance of data loss.

5. To the full extent permissible by law, heyup.org shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use heyup.org services.

6. heyup.org servers may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws
